Woolaway Construction built a range of PRC houses across the United Kingdom. These were mainly built as semi-detached and terraces 2-storey houses, or detached bungalows.

As with most PRC houses, the Woolaway Construction units were classed as defective housing under the 1985 Housing Act and now require a PRC Repair and Certificate under the PRC Homes Ltd License to become mortgageable.

In addition to become structurally sound and mortgageable, a PRC repair to a Woolaway house or bungalow will also significantly improve the energy rating and eco credentials of the house, making it much more affordable to keep warm in the winter months.
